These Terms of Use apply to your use of medhubclinics.com (the “Website”), operated by MedHub Clinics, LLC (“MedHub Clinics,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website.

The Website Is Not Medical Advice

Articles, service descriptions and other information on this Website are for general education. They are not a diagnosis, treatment plan or substitute for an examination by a licensed clinician. Health situations differ, and information that fits one person may not fit you. Always talk with your own healthcare provider before starting, stopping or changing any treatment or medication.

Reading the Website, filling out a form or sending us a message does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you are seen and accepted as a patient by a MedHub Clinics provider.

Emergencies

Do not use this Website for emergencies. If you have chest pain, trouble breathing, signs of a stroke, severe bleeding or another emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are having thoughts of suicide or are in emotional crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day.

Appointment Requests

Submitting an appointment request through the Website does not guarantee an appointment. A visit is confirmed only when a member of our staff contacts you to confirm the date and time. New patients complete their first visit in person. Telehealth visits are available to established patients when clinically appropriate.

Patient Portal

The patient portal linked from our Website is provided by a third-party vendor, eClinicalWorks (healow). Your use of the portal is governed by the vendor’s terms and by our Notice of Privacy Practices. Keep your portal login private, and contact us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep the Website accurate and current, but medical guidelines, insurance coverage, services, providers and office hours can change. We don’t promise that every page is complete, current or error-free. Call (410) 213-5700 to confirm details that matter to you, including whether we accept your insurance plan.

Testimonials and Reviews

Reviews shown on the Website reflect the experiences of individual patients. Every patient is different, and results vary. Reviews are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome.

Intellectual Property

The Website’s text, graphics, logos, photographs and design belong to MedHub Clinics or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or modify Website content without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

We may remove comments or block access for anyone who violates these Terms.

Links to Other Websites

The Website links to outside sites, such as government health agencies, our patient portal vendor and the MedX Smart app. We include them for convenience only. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, MedHub Clinics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that the Website will always be available, secure or free of errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MedHub Clinics and its owners, providers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or its content. This section does not limit any liability for professional medical care, which is governed by applicable Maryland law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless MedHub Clinics from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that result from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the Website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore County, Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continuing to use the Website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
